CHITOCHI provides a unique opportunity to buy one of only nine Custom Line 108 yachts ever built. Main Deck-

 The expansive aft cockpit offers a sun-soaked haven, featuring a versatile sofa that converts into a chaise lounge or a full sun pad—perfect for relaxing at anchor or entertaining by the water's edge and socializing by the beach club. A central dining table for eight completes the cockpit’s inviting setup.

To starboard, a staircase leads to the flybridge, while to port, near the walkway entrance, is access to the engine room.

Through the cockpit’s door, guests enter a salon that combines a living area, dining space, and a cocktail corner near the starboard entrance. This area is appointed with a low cabinet housing a bottle rack/refrigerator, an ice maker, and a sliding top with optional sink. On the forward bulkhead, a TV screen slides forward to face a C-shaped sofa, armchair, and coffee table. Behind the TV, a cabinet with shelving serves as either a cellaret or bookcase.

The main salon is awash with natural light from panoramic glazing windows, creating an airy, inviting ambiance that seamlessly connects with the fold-down balcony—a private sea-view terrace ideal for sunset cocktails.

The dining area is centered around a large table seating ten, complemented by a low cabinet on the starboard side ideal for storing dishes and glassware.

The central section of the main deck cleverly separates the day area from the master stateroom and service zones, enhancing both privacy and functionality. To port, guests will find access to the galley which then leads down to the crew quarters. This area is also accessible from the exterior and features a starboard entry into the central lobby. From the lobby, one can ascend to the pilot house or descend to the guest cabins.

Master Suite-

 Proceeding forward past the day head, one enters the full-beam master suite—a private sanctuary designed to offer the highest levels of seclusion, comfort, and refinement. The master suite is graced with sweeping panoramic windows that extend forward to the en-suite, immersing the space in natural light and offering breathtaking sea views from dawn to dusk.

At the heart of the suite lies a centrally positioned king-size bed, flanked by a sophisticated vanity and complemented by a private lounge area to starboard—perfect for quiet moments of relaxation. Lower Deck-

Guest Accommodations-

 Descending to the lower deck, guests are welcomed by a spacious octagonal lobby that serves as the central hub for accessing the four luxurious guest cabins. Positioned aft are two VIP staterooms featuring double beds, each equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, a desk that doubles as a vanity, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. Forward are two twin cabins, with an additional pull man bunk and furnished with a vanity set and also boasting en-suite facilities. All cabins benefit from ample natural light, courtesy of the yacht's innovative large column-free windows, enhancing the sense of space and connection to the sea. 

Crew Quarters-

The crew quarters are thoughtfully designed for comfort and efficiency, located at the extreme bow and accessible via a dedicated dinette/galley area. The captain's cabin is situated opposite the galley, featuring an en-suite head with a separate shower. Accommodations for four additional crew members include two en-suite cabins with bunk beds, ensuring privacy and functionality for all onboard staff. 

Technical and Storage Areas-

The yacht's technical spaces have been optimized for both performance and convenience. The engine room has been expanded, thanks to the innovative design of the garage. Adjacent to the tender basin, a dedicated area has been created to store a 3-seat jet-ski, which can be launched directly into the floodable area using a lift, streamlining the deployment of water toys and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Flybridge & Outdoor Living Spaces-

The expansive flybridge, spanning over 387.5 square feet offers a remarkable space. Positioned at the extreme bow on the port side is the second helm station, accessible via a sliding hatch behind the raised pilothouse. Opposite, on the starboard side, sits the co-pilot seat.

A sleek hard-top shelters the outdoor dining area. This elegant space features a large C-shaped sofa and two modular tables that can be combined, offering a flexible setup for entertaining. Opposite the dining area, a fully-equipped cocktail bar includes a sink, bottle rack/refrigerator, icemaker, and a stylish glass countertop—perfect for serving refreshing drinks to guests seated comfortably on three bar stools.

Engines & Performance-

The Custom Line 108’ is powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines, each delivering 2,638 mhp. This high-performance configuration allows the yacht to reach an impressive maximum speed of 26 knots and a cruising speed of 23 knots, offering ranges of approximately 350 and 450 nautical miles, respectively. At an economical cruising speed of 12 knots, fuel efficiency is maximized, extending the range to approximately 1,000 nautical miles.

Exceptional attention has been given to handling and onboard comfort. Electro-hydraulic stabilizing fins with both underway and zero-speed modes come standard, greatly enhancing stability whether cruising or at anchor. Mooring operations are also made easier and more precise, reinforcing the yacht’s user-friendly design philosophy.
